My primary clinical areas of practice include personal growth, career and professional counselling in Behavioural Financial and Investment Management and the exploration of meaning and purpose within the field of Existential and Humanistic psychology. I have an extensive background in working with adults as they explore career paths including entrepreneurial ventures and business opportunities. I also have a history of working with people struggling with negative emotions and daily life struggles including anxiety and depression. This is accomplished through an examination of these specific mental health symptoms as well as an inquiry into the individual’s relationships, work and education situation including hobbies and rest patterns.
It is my aim to identify the specific mechanisms that are causing you harm in order to begin the healing process. This therapeutic process involves determining the most relatable and optimal actionable steps needed in order to alleviate the mental anguish, distress and physical pain that you may be experiencing.
I also work with those struggling with addiction, stress management and burnout and can personally relate to the suffering that occurs from these conditions to oneself and others.
Through the development of strategies related to lifestyle, behavior analysis, coping strategies and effective time management approaches these mental conditions can be alleviated. I additionally work with those having difficulties in relationships both professional and romantic. Finally, I also offer faith based counselling and I am a Registered Professional Catholic Psychotherapist.
